Windows 7 N is the edition of Windows 7 required by European law to be without Windows Media Player. STK requires Window Media Player in order to install and run properly.
If you install STK on a machine running Windows 7 N, the install will appear to complete without error, but the software will not start. If you run <STK Install Directory>\bin\AgPluginReg.exe, the AgPluginReg.exe will return 77 errors.
To fix this issue, please install Windows Media Player, which is free to download from Microsoft's website. Then rerun AgPluginReg.exe. This will resolve any missing dependencies in this edition of Windows 7.
