The Runtime Error 424 is typically associated when trying to run the installer on the downloaded version of STK and not unzipping the download before running the exe. To unzip the download:
- Right-click on the file and click Extract All... or choose an installed program capable of unzipping files.
- Browse to the unzipped folder and run the install.exe
