There are three levels of STK Certification:
Level 1 - STK Certified
Level 2 - STK Master Certified
Level 3 - STK Grand Master Certified
Here are descriptions of each level of certification:
Level 1 - STK Certified
• Level 1 STK Certification covers the fundamental skills necessary to productively use the base version of STK, STK Pro. This certification level introduces the basic features of STK, including building basic scenarios, generating reports, and recording a video.
• To prepare for this certification, AGI recommends completing the
Level 1 Beginner tutorials, which take up to four hours to complete.
• License: AGI provides a 14-day STK Enterprise evaluation license, if requested along with the registration email.
• Time to complete: Upon registration, you have 14 days to complete the test.
• After successfully completing the tutorials and certification exercise, you receive an STK Level 1 certificate and prize. You will also be eligible to register for the Level 2 STK Master Certification test.
• L1 Certification is available to all STK users, domestic and international.
Level 2 - STK Master Certified
• Prerequisite: You must be Level 1 - STK Certified.
• Level 2 STK Master Certification covers more advanced skills to productively use STK’s core capabilities. This advanced level covers the capabilities from the STK Pro, Analysis Workbench, Coverage, Communications, Radar, Aviator, and Astrogator tools.
• To prepare for this certification, AGI recommends completing the
Level 2 Advanced tutorials, which can take up to eight hours to complete.
• License: AGI provides a 14-day STK Enterprise evaluation license, if requested along with the registration email.
• Time to complete: Upon registration, you have 14 days to complete the test.
• Upon successful completion of the tutorials and multiple choice test, you will receive a personalized STK Master Certification certificate and prize. You will also be eligible to register for the Level 3 Certification test.
• L2 Master Certification is available to all users in the U.S. and Canada. International users must contact an AGI international partner to get approval to take the Level 2 Certification test.
Level 3 - STK Grand Master Certified
• Prerequisite: You must be Level 1 and Level 2 certified.
• Level 3 STK Grand Master certification contains seven individual tracks that cover the use of STK’s specialized capabilities, focusing on different application areas. Each track has a unique set of recommended tutorials, with five quiz questions per tutorial. Each one can take up to eight hours to complete.
• License: AGI provides a 14-day STK Enterprise evaluation license, if requested along with the registration email.
• Time to complete: Upon registration, you have 14 days to complete the test.
• Upon completion of any track, you receive a small glass cube with a randomly selected STK graphic etched inside.
• Upon completion of any four tracks, you will become Level 3 - STK Grand Master Certified and will receive a certificate and an additional large glass cube with an STK graphic.
