Answer

How to Report the Local Time of the Ascending Node (LTAN)

Using the Report & Graph Manager, you can create a custom report style for reporting the local time of the Ascending Node (LTAN).
  1. Right-click the satellite and choose Report & Graph Manager (Report and Graph Manager).
  2. Create a new report style and give it a relevant name.
  3. Highlight the Solar Apparent Time data provider and click Insert Icon to add the data provider and all its elements to the Report Contents.
  4. Expand the Cartesian Position->ICRF data provider, and add  its z element to the Report Contents.
  5. With Cartesian Position-ICRF-z- highlighted, click the Options... button located below the Report Contents.
  6. Enable the Report Event Time(s) option and enter an Event Name.
  7. Set the following:
OptionValue

Value at Event0 km
DirectionIncreasing
  1. Enable the Summary Only option on the bottom left.
  2. Generate the report. You will see a list of the events, which are when the position Z vector crosses the XY plane ascending.

These events can also be found for the descending node by selecting 'Decreasing' instead of 'Increasing' for Direction in step 7.
