Process Monitor is a tool you can use to explore and log information about processes on a system. Use this tool to see where a system could be failing while running STK or ODTK.
First, download Process Monitor at this
link.
Run Process Monitor. Click the capture icon to temporarily stop logging, and then click the eraser to the right to clear the log.
Now click the Filter button to open the dialog to specify the STK or ODTK application to log. Change the drop down to 'Process Name' and 'begins with'. In the text box, type "AgUiApplication". Then click the Add button followed by OK. Now start logging by clicking the
capture icon again.
Finally, open STK or ODTK and perform the actions that cause it to execute the undesired behavior. Click the Save button, save the results as a PML file, and send it to support@agi.com. This will help us diagnose where STK or ODTK is causing the undesired behavior.
