How to Sort Aviator Catalog Objects and Other Aviator Catalog Tricks

Have you ever wanted to sort the aviator catalog objects to find the waypoints closest to an STK facility? Have you wanted to look up all navaids within a given boundary? In the Aviator Catalog Manager, there is a whole feature set for doing queries on the catalog data. The following steps apply to all catalogs except Aircraft.

1. Under the Utilities menu tab, open the Aviator Catalog Manager.
2. Click the plus sign next to the desired item.
3. Right-click the magnifying glass Favorites item.
4. Select "Add/Remove View Items". A dialog box will open.
5. Click the "Add Query..." button.
6. Select "ARINC424 Query" and click OK.
7. Fill in the information you are looking for.
