The STK and ODTK applications require files containing time-dependent data such as Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP) and leap seconds for accurate analysis. There are several paths to obtain these files, depending on your scenario.
For internet-connected machines running the STK or ODTK applications
If you have internet access on your computer, open the AGI application. Go to Utilities > Data Update..., select the files you want to update, and click the Update Now button. The Data Update Utility also provides the option of setting up automatic updates of these files.
For machines running the STK and ODTK applications with no internet access
If no internet access is available on the computer that is running the AGI application, then you will have to download these files on a connected computer and transfer them manually to the computer where you are running your analysis.
Option 1: Use an internet-connected machine running the STK application to obtain the files.
On the connected machine, open the application, go to Utilities -> Data Update..., and run the utility to download all the dependent files as described above. The STK application will download the files to the <CommonAppData>\AGI\<Application version>\ directory, typically in C:\ProgramData\AGI\STK 12. Copy or transfer this entire directory to the computer with no internet access.
Option 2: Download the files from the AGI ftp site.
You can find all individual files on the AGI FTP server. The Earth Orientation Parameters (EOP) and Leap Seconds files are in the DynamicEarthData folder, and the STK and ODTK applications expect them in their respective C:\ProgramData\AGI\STK 12 or ODTK 7\DynamicEarthData folders.
