On November 4, 2025, the system used to distribute STK databases and related data (including EOP, space weather, GPS almanac, leap second, and satellite TLEs) was taken offline while our team made updates to improve the service experience. As of December 2, 2025, all services except historical TLE data have been restored via https. We are working to restore the historic TLE data as soon as possible. See below for details.
Customers doing analysis requiring TLE data prior to November 15, 2025, should utilize external TLE data, which can be obtained from a variety of public sources (see below).

Restored Services:
- For STK version 12.9 and newer; and ODTK version 7.10 and newer: the system used to distribute STK databases and related data (i.e. EOP, space weather, GPS almanac, leap second, satellite TLEs) has been restored at https://data.agi.com/pub/ and https://data.agi.com/dist/ and is directly accessible through the Data Update Utility application installed with the software.
- For STK versions 11.0 through 12.8, and ODTK versions 7.0 through 7.9: the system used to distribute STK databases and related data (i.e. EOP, space weather, GPS almanac, leap second, satellite TLEs) has been restored at https://data.agi.com/pub/ and https://data.agi.com/dist/; however, the Data Update Utility application installed with the software will not be able to automatically access the data. See the “Services Not Yet Restored” section below for instructions on manually updating the data used by the software.
- Data previously available at ftp://ftp.agi.com/dist/ is now available through https://data.agi.com/pub.
Services Not Yet Restored:
- Historical TLE data (TLE data prior to November 15, 2025). For specific satellites, TLE data can be requested from multiple public data sources such as Space-Track.org or CelesTrak.org. This data can be loaded into STK using the SGP4 propagator type with the TLE source set to “File”. More information on this can be found here.
- For STK version 12.9 and newer, and ODTK version 7.10 and newer: only historical TLE data has not been restored.
- For STK versions 11.0 through 12.8, and ODTK versions 7.0 through 7.9: An update to the Data Update Utility will be released in the near future that will enable automatic access to the data services system. In the interim, you will need to manually transfer data from https://data.agi.com/dist to your workstation for use by STK or ODTK. Instructions can be found here (STK Help) or here (ODTK Help).
