*** UPDATED 12/12/2025 ***

On November 4, 2025, the system used to distribute STK databases and related data (including EOP, space weather, GPS almanac, leap second, and satellite TLEs) was taken offline while our team made updates to improve the service experience. As of December 2, 2025, all services except historical TLE data and historical GPS almanac data have been restored via https. We are working to restore the historic TLE data as soon as possible. See below for details.

Customers doing analysis requiring TLE data or GPS almanac data prior to November 15, 2025, should utilize external TLE data, which can be obtained from a variety of public sources (see below).

Continuing to provide industry-leading tools for our customers is our focus. Thank you for your patience. Contact DME support at 1-800-924-7244 or support@agi.com if you have questions.

Restored Services:

  • For STK version 12.9 and newer; and ODTK version 7.10 and newer: the system used to distribute STK databases and related data (i.e. EOP, space weather, GPS almanac, leap second, satellite TLEs) has been restored at https://data.agi.com/pub/ and https://data.agi.com/dist/ and is directly accessible through the Data Update Utility application installed with the software.
  • For STK versions 11.0 through 12.8, and ODTK versions 7.0 through 7.9: the system used to distribute STK databases and related data (i.e. EOP, space weather, GPS almanac, leap second, satellite TLEs) has been restored at https://data.agi.com/pub/ and https://data.agi.com/dist/
    • *** UDPATE *** Modified versions of the Data Update Utility (DUU) application are now available on the AGI Downloads page for STK 12 (applicable to STK 12.0 through 12.8.2), STK 11 (applicable to 64-bit versions of STK 11.0 through 11.7.1), and ODTK 7 (applicable to ODTK 7.0 through 7.9.1). The updated versions will allow automatic access to the https services noted above through the GUI. In order to take advantage of these https services, the user will need to run the updated installer corresponding to the major version of their DME software with admin credentials. This will overwrite the original DUU files installed with the software. To note, this updated version of the DUU will need to be uninstalled separately from STK or ODTK in the future if upgrading or changing versions.
  • Data previously available at ftp://ftp.agi.com/dist/ is now available through https://data.agi.com/pub.

 Services Not Yet Restored:

  • Historical TLE data and GPS almanac data (data prior to November 15, 2025). For specific satellites (TLE) or GPS almanacs, data can be requested from multiple public data sources such as Space-Track.org or CelesTrak.org. This data can be loaded into STK for TLEs using the SGP4 propagator type with the TLE source set to “File”. More information on this can be found here.
  • For STK version 12.9 and newer, and ODTK version 7.10 and newer: only historical TLE data has not been restored.
  • For STK versions 11.0 through 12.8, and ODTK versions 7.0 through 7.9: *** UPDATE ***  only historical TLE data has not been restored.
